every Wednesday evening - Beach Bang Fireworks - A spectacular fireworks show every Wednesday evening during the summer, weather permitting. The fireworks begin at 10:00 p.m. from the Second Avenue Pier and are visible up and down the beach. Extra-special, 25-minute fireworks shows will be held on July 4 and August 30 for the holidays

June 4 - 5, 2010 - Sun Fun Festival - Highlights of the festival include an air show, sporting events, concerts, beach games, Miss Sun Fun & Miss Bikini Wahine pageants, parade, children's events, and more. For more information call (843) 626-7444.

June 5, 2010 - Brookgreen Gardens Art Festival - Saturday, June 5 Artists Under the Arcade-9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Not an ordinary craft fair! Brookgreen invites selected artists to sell their works, meet with visitors and give demonstrations during this one day festival. Free with garden admission. June 13, 2010 - Murrells Inlet Annual Golf Tournament - The Heritage Club is hosting our fundraising golf tournament this year. Shot gun start at 1:30 pm, captains choice event. Dinner at the Heritage Club Restaurant and Awards will follow at 6:00 pm. A donation of $100 covers your greens fees, cart, on-course beverages and snacks and dinner fresh from the grill. June 26, 2010 - Round the Fourth - An Independence Celebration held along the Waccamaw River and throughout downtown Conway. This popular festival features many live entertainment venues, and arts and crafts show, a tennis tournament, multi-stages, activities and games for all ages, a business expo, trian rides, food, fireworks, and much, much, more! June 26, 2010 - Harborwalk Festival - The Harborwalk Festival is one of the largest festivals held in South Carolina. People travel from all over the state every year to Downtown Georgetown to enjoy a great summer day with us. We have good food, great music, and lots of different activities for all ages from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. It is a perfect day to bring out the kids or just come out with your friends and have a terrific time.
